Cancelation Policy 

Om Massage allows 24 hours notice to cancel appointments. If cancellations or "no-shows" occur, you may be required to pay for the full price of the session. If you are late for your scheduled appointment 15 minutes or less, your massage time may be shortened but you will still be expected to pay full price for the originally scheduled session. More than 15 minutes late your session will be cancelled as a "no show." I ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 1 day before the beginning of your appointment. Thank you!
